BACKGROUND
William Neyer, also known as Bill, has a bachelors degree in Environmental Science from the University of Findlay and an associates degree in Engineering from Cincinnati State. He’s worked a variety of jobs including superintendent at a regional sewer district, member of the Harrison Planning Commitee, and Harrison City Councilman. Bill was also mayor of Harrison from 2015 until now.
